How are payments processed
UK Pets Centres currently processes payments manually. Credit Cards are taken over a secured connection and stored in a secured area.

Can I change/cancel my Orders
As orders are processed manually, UK Pet Centre customers can change their orders up until the order is processed. You may be notified via email once we start processing your order. To cancel your order please contact our customer services team. You may go here for order management.

what is a wishlist?
The UK Pet Center wish list is a list of products that  members will like to have.

How do i use the wish list?
Once you are a registered member, clicking on the wish list page will automatically create a wishlist for you.
  • The wish list page can be found here.
  • You may add products to wish lists by clicking on "add to wishlist link".
  • When an item is purchased from your wish list, you may be notified by email. On returning to your wishlist the item will be crossed out.
  • You can remove items from wish list by clicking "remove" in the 6th of the row containing the item you want to remove.
  • You may add an item to cart, by clicking on "add to cart" in the 6th column of the row containing item. Alternatively you can click on "add all to cart" to add all items in a wishlist to cart.
  • Remember to tell your friends about your wish list by clicking on "tell friends about wishlist" on the wish list page.
